Description:

This box is made of 1/8" Santos rosewood laminated over mahogany base.

It feaures a top of rare fine black line spalted maple, framed in Macassar ebony and Gabon ebony and Satinwood stringing.

The beveled top design is also slightly contoured. 

Note that spalted maple is very soft and borous and will not take a perfect finish.
